Exchanging or Returning an Item?
- Not sure about your purchase? No Worries. We've got you. Simply send your item back within 20 days from the shipping date. For more information see the details below.
- PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed including a discount and/or during sales and promotions will be EXCHANGE ONLY.
- EXCHANGES are FREE. Let's get it right the second time around, whether that means finding the right cap construction, style, or color. Choose from a large selection. - STORE CREDIT: If you cannot find a second choice, then a store credit is a perfect solution. We are constantly adding exciting new styles and colors for your future consideration. Store credits never expire!
- RETURNS: There is a 20-day return/exchange policy for all wig and topper purchases from Wigvana. The wig or topper item must be postmarked no later than 20 days from the date the order was shipped to you. The 20 day return window includes weekends and holidays.
- All wigs and toppers must be in their original condition, in the original Wigvana box, and with all tags attached in order to qualify for a return/exchange.
- Before returning a wig or topper, you must request a "Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA#)". To request a RMA#, simply email: wigvana@gmail.com and include your name and purchase date and Wigvana will reply with an RMA#. Please write the RMA# on the outside of the packaging and insert a copy of the RMA# in the package with your return.
- DO NOT RETURN YOUR PURCHASE WITHOUT THE REQUIRED RMA#. Packages will not be accepted without an RMA# written on the outside. Packages with no RMA# will be returned to the shipper as undelivered. Wigvana does not accept responsibility for packages that are returned to the shipper.
- A package with a RMA# on the outside of the package will be opened and inspected using a video recording of the inspection process. A customer service representative will contact you once the item is received and inspected.
- PROCESSING TIME: Refunds/Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt at Wigvana's processing center. It can take up to 7-14 business days to see the credit show on your account once the return/exchange is processed.
- POSTAGE: There is no shipping / handling fee deduction if you are requesting an exchange or store credit. You will have the full amount of funds you paid available to you for another order or store credit.
- When a return is made, the customer is responsible for all Shipping and Handling fees associated with this order, including the costs of the free shipping you received when you made the purchase. These fees are non-refundable. All shipping and handling fees associated with your order will be deducted from your refund.
- Wigvana recommends using a reputable parcel service with tracking confirmation for your return. Wigvana assumes no responsibility for any returned item lost during transit.
- ODOR - FREE: Any odor on your wig will render it ineligible for return or exchange, or may be subject to a 30% restocking fee, at our discretion.
- SIGNS OF WEAR: Wigvana is the sole arbitrator to determine if a wig or topper has been altered in any way from its original condition and if it is returnable.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your exchange/return to be processed from the time it is received by Wigvana.
- REFUNDS: Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Wigvana Gift Cards and Store Credits are non-refundable. Available balance does not expire.
- Alterations, Adjustments and Enhancements: Any alterations to the product(s) will render the product ineligible for return or exchange and is non-refundable.
- Custom/Special Orders: Custom orders are final sale orders and may not be returned or exchanged. All custom sizing alterations outside of Wigvana standard sizing such as removal of hair and/or wefts, ear-tab alterations, and any other custom cap adjustments, are considered "custom orders", and may not be refunded, returned or exchanged.
- IN STOCK POLICY: If your item is not in stock you will be notified by phone or email. You will have the option of choosing another in-stock wig, or waiting to receive your order. A delivery time estimate will be provided. If your item is not in stock, you may choose to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
- PURCHASES IN OUR PHYSICAL STORE: All purchases made at our retail store, The Wig Wam in Palm Desert, California are final sales. There are no returns, no refunds, no exchanges or cancellations. We do offer a one time exchange for SPECIAL ORDERS ONLY (typically, a one time exchange for another color selection or alternate wig/topper). Your one-time exchange for a SPECIAL ORDER must be of equal or greater value. If you exchange for a lower priced item the difference will not be refunded. If you choose a more expensive item you will pay the difference.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. The Wigvana Wigs shipping warehouse is located in the State of Utah. Orders placed here in the United States will take 10-14 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
