What if the color is off in real light?
That's exactly what the three days are for — screen photos never match a bathroom mirror or natural lighting. If it's wrong, we exchange it free.
What if I just don't love how it looks on me?
Send it back. That's a valid reason to return it during your trial window.
Will I be charged without warning?
No. We'll remind you before day three. You only owe the balance if you tell us you're keeping it, or don't respond.
I'm nervous about wearing a wig or topper for the first time.
