Returns & Exchanges: which policy applies to me?

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Which policy applies depends on where you are in your Wigvana journey:

First-time customers (Try Before You Buy) — your first return is free: no restocking fee, and we cover shipping.
Returning customers — exchanges are always free; a flat $35 restocking fee applies to refunded returns. The shipping cost (both ways) and credit card fees will be deducted from your refund.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. The Wigvana Wigs shipping warehouse is located in the State of Utah. Orders placed here in the United States will take 10-14 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
